Job Purpose:

Lecturing and academic delivery to ensure students are guided and supported in their learning to achieve module outcomes

Education:

Ideal:
- Honours in Information & Knowledge Management

Alternatively:
- Honours in one of the Business related fields (e.g. information knowledge, entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain or project management) €“ with Knowledge       management to the third year level
- Bachelor degree with Information Knowledge Management or a similarly related field (e.g. entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain or project management) to the   third year level PLUS either an MBA or a postgraduate diploma in business or education

Work Experience:

- Lecturing experience in Information knowledge management/ business management/ risk/ supply chain /project management

- Work experience in the fields of risk, entrepreneurship, supply chain or project management/ knowledge manager/ information manager (officer)

- Being involved in the process of analysis and the components and functions of optimisation in the operational process

 

Key Performance Area:

- Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide

- Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours and stipulated per pre agreed timetable

- Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback

- Marking assessments and providing feedback

- Presenting class marks and feedback to the Programme Managers

- Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within The IIE VEGA environment.
