Job Purpose:

To support our Human Resource and Payroll departments.


Relevant tertiary qualification - degre or diploma

Functional Competencies:

Computer literacy (MS Office)

Thorough knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA

Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to priortise important projects

Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills


Work Experience:

Proven work experience as an HR Administrator/Officer or relevant role.

Key Performance Area:

Update, organise and maintain personnel records (ID€™s, qualifications and P33€™s to be uploaded to HRIS)

Prepare HR documents (staff requisition forms, employment contracts, personal data change forms)

Generate reports from HRIS

Fielding and resolving online invoicing queries

Participate in HR projects

Assist with the drafting and placement of job adverts

Assist with the screening of job applications

Schedule interviews

Co-ordinate and conduct background checks

Assist HRM with adhoc HR queries and daily duties

Maintain HR database
