Job Purpose:

Lecturing and academic delivery to ensure students are guided and supported in their learning to achieve module outcomes


Honours Degree / Masters in a design field, such as Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or Digital Arts.
Honours or Masters Degree in a cognate field PLUS Professional Portfolio to illustrate expertise in Adobe InDesign software

Work Experience:

Experience and portfolio in Adobe Creative Cloud Software such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign with experience and/or knowledge of publication / layout design and commercial printing and finishing techniques and processes. 
Min 2 years experience in Digital Media is required

Key Performance Area:

Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide; Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours and stipulated per pre agreed timetable; Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback; Marking assessments and providing feedback; Presenting class marks and feedback to the Programme Managers; Actively engaging with current trends in teaching an learning strategies within The IIE VEGA environment.
