The purpose of Channel and Media Planning and Relationship Management is to introduce and integrate channel, media and contact planning in context of the various media platforms available, and actively consider the planning mechanics when developing a channel plan. The module will also address the management of the relationship between all parties responsible for the development, execution and delivery of a brand communication strategy and campaign.
Masters in Marketing Communication, Advertising Management, Marketing
HEQSF 9** qualification that includes a branding, marketing or advertising planning component.
Marketing and branding should have, at a minimum, been successfully completed within HEQSF 7 and 8 qualifications.
Experience in media strategy, planning or buying preferred.
Advertising/ Channel/ Media Planning preferred (in conjunction with relevant one-up qualification).
Key Performance Area:
Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide;
Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours;
Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback;
Marking assessments and providing feedback;
Presenting class marks and feedback to the Programme Managers;
Actively engaging with current trends in teaching an learning strategies within the VEGA environment.
