To ensure an educational / social / personal / supportive experience for the students which maximizes his/her experience and development at Vega.
08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree
Ideal: BA Degree in Business Administration/ BA HR/ BA Public Relations
Knowledge of academic compliance, functions / activities within a higher education environment.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Administration or Academic Assistant experience (preferably in an academic environment).
Strong administrative and organisational skills and a love for education.
Key Performance Area:
Liaison and counselling support to students.
Administration and recordkeeping.
Social and academic integration.
Alumni and internship management.
- Campus Environment.
- Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays when required.
