The successful candidate is required to assist the sales team with administrative duties that will enable the conversion of enquiries into applications and registrations. This position will contribute to achieving agreed monthly and weekly targets, while developing and building client relationships that will lead to more referrals and further registrations, in various degree and short learning programmes.
Numeracy and literacy equivalent to grade 12
Computer literacy - MS Office Suite
Relevant undergraduate Degree or Diploma advantageous.
Strong customer service orientation.
Target driven and ability to work well under pressure.
Professional and confident.
Excellent presentation skills.
Outgoing and passionate.
Good telephone and email etiquette.
Proactive and highly self-motivated.
Computer literate MS Office Suite.
Ability to work as a team player and individually.
Own transport is required.
Must be able to work on evenings and Saturdays when required.
Ability to multitask.
Minimum 1-2 years Sales experience.
Experience in managing and closing the sales cycle.
Key Performance Area:
Book presentations at schools.
Confirm presentation times and arrangements prior to the presentation with the school and communicate it to the Student Advisor.
Process applications on CRM and request acceptance letters.
Follow up on outstanding application and registration documents.
Assist Senior Student Advisor with weekly reporting and administractive duties.
