Job Purpose:

Lecturing and academic delivery to ensure students are guided and supported in their learning to achieve module outcomes.

Education:

Ideal: 
Honours in Information and Knowledge Management.

Alternatively:
Honours in one of the Business related fields (e.g. information knowledge, entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain or project management) €“ with Knowledge Management to the third year level.
Bachelor degree with Information Knowledge Management or a similarly related field (e.g. entrepreneurship, risk, supply chain or project management) to the third year level PLUS either an MBA or a postgraduate diploma in business or education.

Work Experience:

€€¹Lecturing experience in Information Knowledge Management/ Business Management/ Risk/ Supply Chain /Project Management.

Work experience in the fields of Risk, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain or Project Management/ Knowledge Manager/ Information Manager (Officer).

Being involved in the process of analysis and the components and functions of optimisation in the operational process.

Key Performance Area:

Preparation and lecturing as per the Module Guide.

Teaching curriculum outcomes as per contract hours.

Briefing students for assignments and providing feedback.

Marking assessments and providing feedback.

Presenting class marks and feedback to the Programme Managers.

Actively engaging with current trends in teaching and learning strategies within the VEGA environment.
